(2) Scope of the Project - Project Description: The selected vendor will work with Spiffy-Big Screen to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate fundraising campaigns that will donate to the local PTA Organizations of New York State. The vendor will also assist with funding to enable Spiffy-Big Screen to supply all of the necessary equipment for a complete movie night event for either an indoor or outdoor showing. - Objectives: Spiffy-Big Screen wishes a. to increase local support of our existing PTA Organizations; b. to create a positive image of family values and school pride; and c. to increase revenue for all school activities. - Funds: The funds collected will be used towards the rental of the equipment needed to supply a complete movie night production. (3) Benefits of Sponsorship Every sponsor will be given a one (1) year advertising contract on all events shown by Spiffy-Big Screen. A full size ad will be shown on the movie screen at every PTA movie event held throughout each sponsors contractual date. All sponsors will receive recognition as a contributor to the local PTA’s of New York State. Each donation will be tax deductible. (4) Pricing - Basic Sponsorship Program $550.00 annually, includes artwork, design, and layout fees for PTA functions only. - Complete Sponsorship Program $850.00 annually, includes artwork, design, and layout fees for every event, including non-profit events, shown by Spiffy-Big Screen. (5) Definitions The following definitions are used throughout the Sponsorship Guidelines. Spiffy-Big Screen means the movie event coordinator. PTA means Parent Teacher Association. Sponsor(s) means any registered business, sole proprietor or corporation. (6) Contract Term and Funding The contract shall be effective on the date indicated in the contract and shall run for one (1) year from that date, with options by mutual agreement of the movie event coordinator and sponsor(s), to renew for an additional one (1) year period.
